Randy was born on 5/30/1978. He began singing at the age of 10. He is the nephew of Amanda Jacobs, so music was in his blood.

He met Tony Sindelar in 1996 at a Christmas party at K-3080 Records.

Randy cultivated his skills by practicing with his aunt and singing as a back-up singer for K-3080 Records.

In 1997, Tony signed Randy as one of his artists and presented him to Alexander Lewis of K-3080 Records.  Tandy signed with K-3080 in 1998.

Randy has released several CDs on the K-3080 label.  The Shades were featured on all of his CDs.
