Denise Jamison was born Angela Denise Jamison in 1982. She is an R&B signer on the K-3080 Records label.

She caught the attention of Cryton Rogers, a talent scout for K-3080 in 1994 while singing the national anthem at a little league play-off game.  Cryton began to cultivate Denise's talent by getting her voice lessons. Denise could also play the saxophone, the piano, the guitar, and the drums. Denise was very gifted.

Denise's father, Gergory Jamison, was a lawyer.  He would not let Denise sign with K-3080 Records because he thought that she was too young. Her father did not want her to be a singer or musician because he thought it was not a good career to have.

Denise continued her singing and music lessons.  She no longer had the backing of K-3080 Records, so she babysat children to help pay for her music lessons.  Denise continued perfecting her craft. She still kept in touch with Cryton Rogers from K-3080 Records.  She had written a song, "In Our Children's Heart." She wanted someone to sing the song. She presented the song to Cryton Rogers.  He cried when he heard the song.  He told her that her song would be sung.

Denise's first song was recorded by Arthur Tate.  The song was a smash hit. One day while Denise and her father were riding in the car, "In Our Children's Heart" began to play on the radio. As her father listened to the song, tears filled his eyes.  He was greatly moved. Denise just smiled.  Denise called and asked Cryton Rogers to come and talk to her father again.  She asked Cryton to be sure and mention, "In Our Children's Hearts." This time when Cryton talked to Denise's father, he agreed to let her sing with K-3080 Records. Mr. Jamison looked over the contract meticulously. He had K-3080 Records change the contract four times before he let his daughter sign the contract.  Once word got out about how good of a deal Mr. Jamison had gotten for his daughter, artists, celebrities, and sports figures began to seek him out.  Mr. Jamison is now the biggest celebrity lawyer in the state.

Denise's' career has been sensational. She has recorded several CDs, all of them have gone gold, and two of them went platinum. All of her CDs have produced #1 hits.  She is a highly sought after songwriter.
